Free delivery for orders over $65 (excluding big and bulky products, online exclusive products and products purchased from Marketplace sellers). OnePass members also enjoy free delivery on eligible products (excluding clearance products, big and bulky products and selected products purchased from Marketplace sellers). Note: from 21 September 2026, as per notice from OnePass, free delivery is not available to OnePass members for clearance items, unless the order value is over $65. See FAQs for further detail.

• Standard delivery: Metro $10: 3–5 business days, Regional $14: 7–10 business days, Remote $16: 14–20 business days.

• Fastest delivery $12 (for eligible Kmart products only): Fastest delivery powered by Uber arrives within 3 hours on eligible orders. Timing and eligibility are confirmed at checkout. Orders placed outside the eligible same-day delivery time will arrive by midday the next trading day. Order and item eligibility outlined here.

• Delivery fees vary by location and order type and will be calculated at checkout.

For products purchased from Marketplace sellers:

Marketplace sellers have varying delivery timeframes.
