We are only able to offer Click & Collect service to customers. Please make sure you wait for your Ready to Collect SMS, before heading into the store. This will include information about the collection process. Order before 12pm for 4pm collection. Order after 12pm, for next day collection.

Choose your products online. Add them to your shopping bag. Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout
Select your store for pickup. You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order.
Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID. Collect from the Service Counter – usually at the back of the store.
Place your order before 12 noon, and it will be ready by 4pm on the same day, for collection. If you place your order after 12 noon, it will be ready for collection the next day.
If your order was placed after the 12 noon cut off time, we can’t guarantee to have your order ready the same day.
Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order. Available in all stores.
We hold your Click & Collect orders for 7 days post your collection notification.

Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value. We have waived the $3 service fee for orders below $20.
Due to periods of high demand, such as events or impact of severe weather events, there may be delays to Click & Collect orders. Please wait for a ‘Ready to collect’ email or SMS before coming to the store. Hold tight, as any delay should be short. Thank you for your understanding.

We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
A copy of the order collection notification
A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.
Click and Collect is available at all Kmart Stores, with select Khub stores offering this service.
If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.
Please note that we have waived the $3 Click & Collect service fee.

Pick up your Click & Collect order from the Service Counter, usually located at the rear of the store. Our friendly team members can direct you to the right place.
If Direct to Boot is available at your selected store, you can enjoy the convenience of having your Click & Collect order delivered straight to your car. Simply select Direct to Boot as your preferred collection type when you receive an SMS confirming that your order is ready to collect.
Please wait for your confirmation email or SMS prior to visiting the store – normally sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
You can check store opening hours in the checkout when you select a store – just select ‘Store Details’. You can also check store details at any time using the Kmart Store Locator on our website.
