• Directions for use:
  • Remove the eye mask from the pouch; it will begin to warm instantly.
  • Tear along the perforations to separate the ear straps
  • Close your eyes and position the white side of the mask against your skin and eyes
  • Relax for 20 minutes. The mask will cool after this time. Remove it before sleeping
