Additional Information
- Care Instructions: Use on a suitable supportive bed base. Rotate the mattress from head to foot every 3–6 months to help maintain comfort and promote even wear. This mattress features a no-flip design and should not be turned over. We recommend using a mattress protector. Spot clean only.
- Expansion Time: Your mattress will begin expanding immediately after unpacking. While most expansion occurs within the first few hours, please allow up to 24 hours before sleeping on it. The mattress may take up to 7 days to fully expand and settle into its intended comfort level.
- New Product Smell: Like many foam and compressed mattress products, a slight odour may be present when first unpacked. This is normal and harmless and will dissipate over time. We recommend airing the mattress in a well-ventilated room to help speed up the process.
- Comfort Adjustment Period: It may take several weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress and for the comfort materials to settle. This adjustment period is normal and varies between individuals.
- Product Appearance: Due to the nature of compressed mattress packaging, minor variations in shape, quilting or fabric appearance may be visible immediately after unpacking. These will generally settle as the mattress fully expands and do not affect performance or durability.
