It is designed to instantly transform your home into a personal gym, allowing you to boost your speed, endurance, and power on your own schedule. Our Propulse freestanding speed kick not only features a shock-absorption system with dual PVC shock absorbers and four carbon steel springs to reduce noise and absorb shocks, but 12 suction cups to securely affix the base to the ground. The springs also give the bag provide a degree of "rebound" to respond to forceful punches. The bag is constructed with four layers: high-density PU leather, shock absorber, durable EPE foam, fabric buffer, providing durability against powerful strikes while offering excellent shock absorption and rebound. Its base, fillable with water or sand, acts as a stable anchor, ensuring stability during intense training sessions.
