Description

Castor Oil, also known as Ricinus communis L. seed oil, is widely used in cosmetic and personal care formulations. It is valued as a carrier oil and is commonly blended into creams, body butters, lotions, massage oils and other cosmetic products.


This castor oil is cold pressed (virgin) and hexane free, maintaining its natural composition. It is a slightly yellow, viscous liquid that contains fatty acids, with ricinoleic acid being the most abundant component.
