Model: 22BUSH
A stainless steelcollar-sleeve for rotisserie skeweruse, this Flaming Coals collar bush is made to suit a 22mm round skewer. Fit it to your spit and it stops the skewer from moving side to side while it turns.
Ideal for anyone with a 22mm round skewer who wants it to stay put from the first turn to the last.
A skewer that wanders sideways is a nuisance. It can shift your meat off centre over the coals and leave you nudging it back into place when you would rather be looking after the fire. That is exactly what acollar-sleeve for rotisserie skeweruse is for: it gives the skewer a fixed stop, so it keeps turning in the same spot.
There is not much to this part, and that is the point. It is a stainless steel collar that tightens onto the skewer with a single bolt, so fitting or moving it takes a moment.
