Wool is a natural fibre, shedding, loose fibres and small tufts may occur, particularly when the rug is new. These are natural characteristics of wool and can be expected, with shedding generally reducing over time. Rotate your rug regularly, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, and use a vacuum without a powered or rotating brush head to help prevent excessive shedding or damage to the rug.

IMPORTANT TIP: We recommend that an anti-slip pad such as SureHold is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.
