Shipping Policies
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered directly from our Marketplace seller. Please note that the seller may not ship on weekends or observing public holidays. Delivery method, estimated delivery date, and fees are all based on your delivery postcode, you’ll find all this information on each product’s listing page. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. This lets you follow your delivery and stay updated on its progress. Please note that some orders and/or items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each individual shipment.
OnePass Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for OnePass 365 days change of mind returns, you must have an active OnePass subscription or be a current trial member.
