A select number of Kmart stores will be providing a low-sensory shopping experience for customers with reduced noise, lighting and distractions. The changes are designed to make shopping easier for Kmart customers who find it challenging to shop in a high-sensory environment.

Yes. Select stores offer a low-sensory shopping experience every Wednesday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. This includes reduced lighting, noise, and distractions to support customers with sensory needs.

QLD: Arana Hills, Morayfield, Oxenford, Stafford, Toowong, Victoria Point

SA: Churchill, Mt Barker

TAS: Launceston

VIC: Leopold, Sanctuary Lakes, Templestowe, Wangaratta

WA: Bunbury South, Innaloo, Midland, Rockingham

Yes. Layby is available in most stores with:

• A minimum spend of $50

• A 10% deposit

• A $3 non-refundable service fee

• Fortnightly payments

• Collection by the due date
