What is express Click & Collect?

It’s a version of Click & Collect with priority processing available to OnePass members for faster collections.

Are all products available for Express Click & Collect?

Most products are eligible, but there are exceptions. If a product is available for Click & Collect, it’s also available for Express Click & Collect for OnePass members. You’ll see this option at checkout.

Is there a minimum order value or purchase requirement for using the Express Click & Collect service?

No. There’s no minimum spend required.

Is Express Click & Collect available at all stores?

It’s available at all Kmart stores. Some Khub stores do not offer OnePass Express Click and Collect and the option won’t be available at checkout.

I've been waiting more than 2 hours for my Express Click & Collect order. What do I do?

Delays can happen during busy periods. Please wait for your ‘Ready to collect’ email or SMS before heading in. Most delays are short.

What is 365 day change of mind returns?

OnePass members can return eligible products within 365 days of purchase, giving extended flexibility beyond the standard window to be eligible, you must be a OnePass member at the date of return. For products sold by Marketplace sellers, the product must also have been eligible for OnePass benefits at the date of purchase. How do I return my purchase within the 365 day window as a OnePass Member?

For products purchased from Kmart, visit any Kmart store with the product, proof of purchase, and your OnePass account screen showing active membership.

For products purchased from Marketplace sellers or Target, contact us.

Are there any limitations or exceptions to the OnePass 365 day change of mind returns benefit?

Yes. After 60 days, returns are refunded as exchange vouchers. These returns are subject to the same conditions and exclusions as other change of mind returns, and event products (e.g. Christmas, Easter) are also excluded. Delivery fees are non-refundable. How are 365 day returns refunded?

Refunds are issued to a Kmart exchange voucher.

How can I collect 5x Flybuys points with OnePass?

• Link your Flybuys account to OnePass.

• In-store: scan your Flybuys card at checkout

• Online click and collect: log in via OnePass and include your Flybuys number at checkout

How do I link my Flybuys with OnePass?

I made a purchase today and included my Flybuys details but I forgot to link my Flybuys account to OnePass. What should I do?

You can still link your Flybuys card on the same day as your purchase to earn 5x points. Add your card via the Kmart website and ensure the purchase date matches the linkage date.

Can secondary cardholders who are not OnePass subscribers collect 5x Flybuys points on my account?

No. Only the primary OnePass subscriber can earn 5x Flybuys points. Secondary cardholders must have their own OnePass membership.

How much does a OnePass Membership cost?

$4/month or $40/year. Annual plans offer 12 months for the price of 10.

What do I get in the OnePass free trial?

A 30-day free trial gives full access to all OnePass benefits
