Flybuys points are what you earn when you shop with participating Flybuys partners. Flybuys Dollars are created when you convert your Flybuys points into dollars you can spend. Every 2,000 Flybuys points can be converted to $10 Flybuys Dollars. To use your points at Kmart, you'll need to convert them to Flybuys Dollars through the Flybuys app or website before shopping.
You can convert your points to Flybuys Dollars through the Flybuys app or website. In the Flybuys app: 1. Go to 'Redeem'. 2. Select 'Flybuys Dollars'. 3. Choose how many points you'd like to convert. 4. Follow the prompts and set your four-digit Flybuys Dollars PIN if required. Flybuys points aren't automatically converted to Flybuys Dollars and can't be converted at the Kmart checkout or within the Kmart app.
Your Flybuys Dollars should be loaded within 30 minutes of converting your points through the Flybuys app or website. If your Flybuys account is linked to your Kmart account, your balance will also appear on your Flybuys Dollars card in the 'My Cards' section of the Kmart app.
Each time you convert points, the Flybuys Dollars are added to your available balance. You don't need to spend your full balance in one transaction. Any Flybuys Dollars you don't use will remain available for you to spend later.
You can link your Flybuys account through the Kmart app or your online Kmart account. In the Kmart app, go to 'Manage your profile', then 'Get rewarded' and follow the prompts to link and verify your Flybuys account. Online, sign in to your Kmart account and follow the prompts under 'My Account' to link or verify your Flybuys account. Once linked, your Flybuys card will appear in 'My Cards' in the Kmart app.
You need to link and verify your Flybuys account with your Kmart account to view and use your digital Flybuys Dollars card in the Kmart app. If you don't use the Kmart app, you can still spend Flybuys Dollars in-store using your physical Flybuys card.
Open the Kmart app and tap the wallet icon in the top right corner to open 'My Cards'. If your Flybuys account is linked and you have Flybuys Dollars available, you'll see your Flybuys Dollars card, barcode and current balance here.
Make sure you're signed in to the Kmart app and your Flybuys account has been linked and verified. If you've only just converted points to Flybuys Dollars, allow up to 30 minutes for your balance to appear. If you still can't see your Flybuys Dollars card, check that you're using the latest version of the Kmart app and try signing out and back in.
For security, screenshots of 'My Cards' in the Kmart app are disabled. Open your Flybuys Dollars card in the Kmart app when you're ready to pay and scan the barcode directly from the app.
Yes. A four-digit PIN is required when you spend Flybuys Dollars. You'll set your PIN when you first convert points to Flybuys Dollars. If you've forgotten it, you can change or reset your PIN through the Flybuys app or website before completing your purchase.
Flybuys Dollars can't be transferred to another Flybuys account. However, an additional cardholder on the same Flybuys account can use the available Flybuys Dollars if they use their eligible Flybuys card or digital Flybuys Dollars card and enter the correct PIN.
If your Flybuys card is lost, stolen or you believe your account has been compromised, contact Flybuys as soon as possible and update your Flybuys Dollars PIN. Flybuys may not be able to reimburse Flybuys Dollars that have already been redeemed, so it's important to keep your card and PIN secure.
No. Once your points have been converted to Flybuys Dollars, they can't be changed back into Flybuys points. You don't need to spend them straight away and can keep your available Flybuys Dollars balance to use later.
