Pick AFL balls based on the age and experience of the player. For toddlers and small kids, a mini ball lets them get the hang of holding and rolling. A size 1 is the next size up, typically for 5- to 8-year-olds starting to play Auskick. As kids get older, you can increase the ball size up to a size 5, the official AFL senior match size.
How do I wash an AFL guernsey?
AFL guernseys should be washed inside out on a cold, gentle machine wash with a mild, colour-safe detergent. Hang them in a shady spot to dry, avoiding bleach, fabric softeners and tumble drying to help maintain the colour.
