Joy can't place orders, manage returns, access your account, or check real time in store stock right now. For those tasks, use the main site or contact our customer service team.

Just talk to Joy like you would a person. The more context the better — instead of "storage," try "storage for a small shared kids' bedroom." Mentioning who it's for, the size, or your budget helps Joy suggest the most relevant options for you.
