Description

These Tulip Fabric Markers allow you to create your own colourful designs on t-shirts, tote bags and other fabric items. The markers set permanently on textiles without the need for heat setting and are machine washable so you don't have to worry about your designs fading over time. The neon colours are blacklight reactive for designs that light up.
