Although dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm soapy water with a soft brush or cloth is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick surface. Do not allow cookware to boil dry and always let it cool before washing. Ensure heat source does not extend beyond the base. Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the surface. Do not cut food while cooking as this may damage the coating. Low to medium heat is recommended for most cooking, with high heat reserved for short searing or browning.
