Streamlined Continuous Top Vent Design
- The top ventilation grille has been redesigned as one continuous strip, replacing the segmented openings found in earlier models.
- This update creates a more cohesive and contemporary look while maintaining efficient airflow.
Integrated Touch Screen Control with Hidden Display
- A discreet touch screen control panel is integrated into the lower left corner of the glass front.
- The touch buttons automatically illuminate when touched and fade out when not in use, maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance.

Seamless Linear Flame Presentation

Compared with the previous Provence model, the New Provence introduces major upgrades in both visual customisation and user control.
- The flame system has been expanded from two colour options to eight selectable flame colours.
- The ember bed lighting is now independently controlled, allowing flexible combinations of flame and ember bed colours.
- Flame movement is adjustable across three flame speed levels.
Advanced Ember Bed Lighting Effects
- The ember bed features 10 colour options with four brightness levels and a pulsating mode.
Free-Style Log Arrangement
- The original one-piece log design has been upgraded to a free-style log system, allowing flexible arrangement based on personal preference.
- When combined with the included smoke-like crystals, the flame achieves greater depth and a more lifelike appearance.
Wall Mounted and Built-In Installation
- Designed for both wall-mounted and built-in (recessed) installations.
- The wall mounting bracket is pre-installed on the fireplace.
- For wall mounting, remove the bracket from the unit, secure it to the wall, and hang the fireplace onto the bracket like a picture frame.
