Colour Riche Matte Lip Liners create definition to give lips a plumped appearance while enhancing your creamy matte lip colour.

These sharpenable, creamy, matte pencil lip liners are comfortable enough to wear alone or with lipstick. Despite the plastic coated appearance of the Colour Riche Matte Lip Liner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure.
