Description

Garnier Vitamin C* Makeup Cleansing Balm. This cleansing balm, specially formulated with Vitamin C*, cleanses and gently removes all types of longwear makeup: eye, lips, face and sunscreen residue. Thanks to its formula powered by Vitamin C*, skin looks instantly and overtime brighter while leaving skin hydrated for 24H** with non-greasy finish.It is fragrance free, sulfates free, silicones free and non-comedogenic - so this won't clog pores. Dermatologists and ophthalmologists have tested this formula to ensure its efficacy and safety. We recommend to use Garnier Makeup Cleansing Balm in the morning and the evening. To gently and efficiently remove makeup and cleanse skin, massage a generous amount of balm into dry skin using circular motions. Add water to create a milky lather, and rinse clean with warm water.
