Directions

Start with clean, dry brows. Angle the pen so the 4-tip applicator sits parallel to the brow, then use light, upward strokes from the base of the brow to mimic natural brow hairs. Build gradually until your desired fullness and shape is achieved. Allow to dry for a long-lasting, smudge-proof finish. Store horizontally and replace the cap tightly after use.
