What are the delivery timeframes?

For products purchased from Kmart or Target on kmart.com.au:

  • Standard delivery: Metro 3–5 business days, Regional 7–10 business days, Remote 14–20 business days.

  • Express delivery: Same day if ordered before 12 noon, next day if ordered after 12 noon. Express delivery is only available for addresses within select metropolitan areas and if all products can be fulfilled from one store. Express delivery is not available for bulky and/or oversized items, online exclusives and orders on weekends or public holidays.

For products purchased from Marketplace sellers:

  • Marketplace sellers have varying delivery timeframes. Check the seller’s page for timeframes.

Is express delivery available?

Yes. For products sold by Kmart and Target on Kmart.com.au, express delivery is available for eligible products and locations. Orders placed before 12pm arrive the same day. Orders placed after 12pm arrive next day.

Express delivery is only available for addresses within select metropolitan areas and if all products can be fulfilled from one store. Express delivery is not available for bulky and/or oversized items, online exclusives and orders on weekends or public holidays.

Some products sold by Marketplace sellers are eligible for express delivery which will be an option at checkout if available.

Is delivery available outside Australia?

No. Kmart, Target and Marketplace sellers will only deliver within Australia.

Is delivery available to P.O. Boxes?

No. Kmart, Target and Marketplace sellers will not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags or locked bags.

How do I track my order?

Use the ‘Your order status’ link in your order confirmation email or visit the Track Your Order page.

How long after placing an order is tracking available?

Tracking becomes available once your order is shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to activate once shipped.

Who will deliver my order?

Kmart, Target and Marketplace sellers use multiple carriers. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link that shows which carrier is handling your delivery.

My delivery is taking a while. When should I contact Kmart?

If your order from Kmart or Target hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, chat with us. If you purchased your product from a Marketplace seller, chat with us and we will direct your enquiry to the seller.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over $65 (excluding large products and products purchased from Marketplace sellers). OnePass members also enjoy free delivery on eligible products. See the OnePass benefits page for details. Delivery fees vary by location and order type and will be calculated at checkout.

If you have a combined order of products purchased from Kmart and Target on kmart.com.au, and you select click and collect for your Kmart products, your basket will update with the applicable free delivery for your Target products.

How can I get free delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over $65 (excluding large products and products purchased from Marketplace sellers). OnePass members also enjoy free delivery on eligible products. See the OnePass benefits page for details.

What is excluded from free delivery?

Large or bulky products purchased from Kmart and Target on kmart.com.au and products sold by Marketplace sellers are excluded from free delivery in orders over $65. Please see the product listing page to see if the product is eligible for OnePass free delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, once your order is confirmed, the delivery address can’t be changed.

What is authority to leave?

This means you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you’re not home. Neither Kmart, Target or a Marketplace seller (as applicable) is responsible for lost or stolen products if this option is selected.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If you haven’t given authority to leave, the courier will contact you with instructions for redelivery or collection.

I didn’t pick up my package from the collection point, and it’s been returned to Kmart, Target or the Marketplace seller. What happens now?

Once returned, Kmart, Target or the Marketplace seller (as applicable) will process a refund to your original payment method.
