You can choose between home delivery or free Click & Collect.
The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is the best guide, and it can vary depending on who is selling the item. For items sold by Kmart (and eligible Target items on Kmart.com.au), please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order. After it ships, standard delivery is usually 3-5 business days (metro), 7-10 business days (regional), or 14-20 business days (remote). For items sold by Marketplace sellers, delivery timeframes vary by seller-check the product page or seller information for the most accurate estimate.
No. Kmart, Target and Marketplace sellers will only deliver within Australia.
Orders can be picked and packed at stores, fulfilment centres or a combination of both.
Select furniture items will ship for free to Metro post codes from 25/6/26 - 7/9/26. See product page for details. $65 minimum order value applies.
You can track your delivery anytime using Track My Order or the tracking link in your email once your order has been shipped. If you use the Kmart app, you can also opt in to push notifications so you get real-time updates as your order progresses.
Tracking becomes available once your order is ready to ship. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to move beyond 'Awaiting carrier pickup'.
It means our team is getting your order packed and ready to be dispatched. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, and we'll send you an update as soon as it ships (including tracking details).
This can happen when tracking scans are delayed or missed, and doesn't always mean your delivery is delayed. Your delivery may still arrive on time even if the tracking doesn't update.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:
Check the tracking links in Track My Order for the latest tracking updates.
Check your email or messages from the delivery carrier for any updates.
Allow up to 48 hours after the estimated delivery date, as unexpected delays can sometimes occur while your order is in transit.
Delivery delays can happen for a number of reasons, including severe weather, high delivery volumes, traffic or other carrier disruptions. If tracking is available, the delivery carrier may have the most up-to-date information about your delivery. You can check their website or contact them directly.
If your order still hasn’t arrived 48 hours after the estimated delivery date, chat with us and we’ll help investigate.
For Marketplace orders, chat with us and select 'Help with Recent Order' followed by 'Message to Seller' for an update on your delivery. If you’ve already contacted the seller and they haven’t resolved your enquiry, chat with us and we can help.
Your order may arrive in more than one shipment or package, and these can be delivered at different times.
Separate shipments: If items are being sent from different fulfilment locations or sellers, they will usually have different tracking numbers. We’ll let you know in your dispatch emails and on the Track My Order page.
Separate packages: Items sent from the same location may be packed into multiple packages that share the same tracking number. These packages can arrive separately, and you can usually see more information about each package on the carrier’s tracking page.
If all expected deliveries have arrived and an item is still missing, chat with us and we’ll help investigate. For Marketplace orders, chat with us and select 'Help with Recent Order' followed by 'Message to Seller'.
If your order is being sent in multiple packages, one package may be dispatched and arrive before the rest of your order has finished processing. Because of this, your status may not change to Shipped straight away.
The remaining items will be sent separately once they’re ready and may arrive on a different day. Please allow the full expected delivery timeframe for the rest of your order to arrive.
Kmart, Target and Marketplace sellers use multiple carriers. Click the tracking link from Track My Order or from your shipped email to find the carrier that's handling your delivery.
Proof of delivery is available on the carrier's tracking page.

Large or bulky products purchased from Kmart and Target on kmart.com.au and products sold by Marketplace sellers are excluded from free delivery in orders over $65. Please see the product listing page to see if the product is eligible for OnePass free delivery.
No. Once an order has been placed, the address can't be changed. Once tracking is available, you can try contacting the courier to request a redirect. If that isn't possible, the parcel may need to be returned to sender and refunded.
No. Orders need to be delivered to a residential or business address. Delivery not available to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags or locked bags.
This means you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you’re not home. Neither Kmart, Target or a Marketplace seller (as applicable) is responsible for lost or stolen products if this option is selected.
When Authority To Leave has been selected on an order, it is still up to the carriers disgression to determine if they believe there is a suitable or safe location to leave the order. If it isn't, the parcel may be taken to a local post office or collection point instead.
Address matching is based on a third-party database. If your address isn't appearing, try entering it exactly as shown in Google or Australia Post records. If it's a new address, it may be added automatically when the address database is next updated.
RTS means 'Return to Sender'. This can happen if the item was damaged in transit, the delivery address was incorrect or the package was unable to be delivered. In these cases, a refund is processed once the parcel is returned.
If a parcel is returned to sender by the delivery carrier, the order is refunded once it has been received back and processed. You're usually notified by email if this happens and again when the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in the original payment method.
If you haven’t given authority to leave, the courier will contact you with instructions for redelivery or collection.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it:
Check around the delivery location, including any safe places where the carrier may have left your parcel, such as your porch, mail room or reception.
Check whether someone else at your address accepted the delivery.
Review the carrier’s tracking page for any delivery notes or further information about where the parcel was left.
Allow up to 48 hours after the parcel is marked as delivered, as in some cases tracking may update before the parcel arrives.
If you still can’t find your parcel after 48 hours, chat with us and we’ll help investigate.
Once returned, Kmart, Target or the Marketplace seller (as applicable) will process a refund to your original payment method.
