Dr. PAWPAW Shimmer Balm can be used in a variety of ways on the lips, cheekbones, decolletage and anywhere else you’d like your skin to shimmer and shine. This pearlescent effect is buildable, so you can create a soft subtle glow or a full-on glam look.

Use alone or with one of your Dr. PAWPAW Tinted balms to create a glowing lip and cheek colour.
