  • Note:
    • Cold compress: place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then apply to the desired area for 15-20 minutes
    • Hot compress: heat in a 750w microwave for 10-20 seconds. ensure the temperature does not exceed 42 deg. C and adjust based on personal comfort. apply for 15-25 minutes.
