This micro-fine liquid brow pen is a 10! Create thin, hair-like strokes for your most natural-looking brows using the precision tip. (Don’t stress, brow pen newbies: the light, buildable pigment makes it basically impossible to e.l.f. up). The e.l.f. Holy Strokes Micro-Fine Brow Pen is an ultra-fine liquid brow pen with light, buildable pigment, perfect for creating thin, hair-like strokes for a natural-looking brow look that lasts.

  • Net volume: 0.7ml / 0.02fl. oz.
  • Directions for use:
    • Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip
    • Flick upward to create thin strokes and apply more pressure for deeper pigment
    • Replace cap quickly after use
    • Pro tip: For best performance, store with tip down
