It's so simple to use: just pour the liquid through the removable strainer, after the fat rises to the top, squeeze the non-slip handle to release the cooking liquid from the bottom. The silicone shut-off valve seals to prevent leaks, and the external drain makes clean-up quick, easy, and a lot less greasy. Dishwasher safe.
