Use & Care:
* Before you start cooking, wash your cookware with warm water, rinse, and towel dry. Use a sponge or nylon brush for cleaning.
* Handwash cookware using only a mild soap if needed (never harsh detergents) and dry thoroughly to maintain its condition. Apply a thin coating of seasoning oil all over the pan, wiping excess to leave a dry matte finish.
* While your cookware has been pre-seasoned, periodic re-seasoning is required to maintain your pan. Follow the use & care instructions provided with the product for more information.
