Description

This Cyanotype 2 Component set lets you print photographic blueprints on fabric and paper. Cyanotype sun-printing was one of the earliest photographic techniques, harnessing the power of the sun to make detailed prints from virtually any object that casts a shadow, or use a digitally-printed photographic negative instead of an object to create full-resolution photographs on paper or fabric. Great for photographers, mixed media artists, printmakers, quilters, kids and more, the cyanotype process is easy, forgiving, quick, magical and fun.

  • This set contains enough chemistry to make approximately 65 8" x 10" prints on paper or 50 8" x 10" prints on fabric.
  • It can be used on paper, or any natural fibre or porous surface, including cotton, linen, silk, canvas, wood, paper, wood and leather.
  • Creating cyanotype prints is a fun group activity for any age.
  • The set is non-toxic.
  • This 2 component set comes with one bottle of potassium ferricyanide and one bottle of ferric ammonium citrate.
