You can only have one pre-order item in your bag at a time. You can increase the quantity of the current pre-order item or complete your order before adding a different one.
You can cancel your pre-order up until 2 days before the release date. Please chat with us to cancel your order.
After cancelling your order, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 days. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
It's okay if you've changed your mind. Unfortunately we are unable to change your order, but you can! Simply return your item/s to any of our stores within 60 days from your pre-order's release date and provide proof of purchase.
