Yes, you can return a Marketplace product to a seller if you change your mind if it’s within 30 days of purchase, the product is in resaleable condition, unused, unworn in original packaging, and is not excluded from Marketplace change of mind returns. All products are also covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Marketplace sellers won’t accept returns for cosmetics (if opened), beauty products, fragrances, hosiery and shapewear, underwear (except bras), swimwear (unless the hygiene sticker is intact), pierced jewellery, printer cartridges (if opened), personalised printed products, opened bedding, furniture and tents, trading cards, mobile phones and internet modems, headphones and earbuds (if opened), home technology (if opened), food products and event tickets.
