Our K hub stores look a little different to what you’d expect from a Kmart store today. We’ve given them a ‘light touch’ makeover for now, so we don’t inconvenience regional communities with long store closures. We want our customers to have access to the items they need when they need them most. But keep an eye out – we have big plans to evolve the look and feel of these stores over time.

Our K Hub stores may be a smaller package, but the product offer is just as big. Actually, it’s bigger! We’ve joined forces with our mates at Target to help make shopping more accessible for customers in regional communities.

ur ‘Connect To More’ reciprocal click and collect service gives K Hub customers the ability to shop Kmart and Target’s full product range online and then use our K Hub stores as collection points. Eliminating expensive remote

area freight costs and replacing with a small click and collect administration fee.

To make life easier – we’ll be accepting Kmart returns in store too (yep, that includes products purchased online or from another Kmart store), because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Find out more about our Kmart returns policy.

We’re working on a returns process for Target purchases as we speak, and we hope to have a solution for this soon. In the meantime, please note:

Absolutely! Nobody understands local communities better than the people who live in them! That’s why you’ll always be welcomed into store with some familiar faces. We’re proud to have retained 1,000 former Target Country team members; and to have recruited 1,000 new team members from these local communities. Essentially doubling our regional workforce.
