How much does delivery cost?

Eligible orders over $65* will receive free delivery. For a list of excluded items please visit our Free delivery information page.

Delivery costs vary depending on whether your order is a standard order or a larger order. You can find the exact delivery cost in the checkout, before placing your order.

This only covers part of the cost we pay to ship your order. We do this so that we can maintain low prices on our items and offer this service.

Standard Orders

Standard orders incur a flat rate delivery fee based on your location.

This covers most orders and is up to the size of a chair or bedside table. Small items, like clothing, books, stationery and dining, will likely only incur a standard delivery fee.

  • Metro postcodes: $10.00

  • Regional postcodes: $14.00

  • Remote postcodes: from $16.00

We source the most competitive carriers possible and constantly review them.

Large Orders

Larger orders incur additional fees as they cost our carriers more to deliver.

A large order is approximately the size of a bookshelf or storage unit. If your order is over this size, we add a cost per volumetric kilogram to our standard delivery fee. This cost is based on your location and varies from state to state, in line with our carrier fees.

Large items, like outdoor play equipment, furniture, prams and bikes will likely incur additional fees.

Do you offer express delivery?

No, we don’t offer express delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we don’t offer international shipping.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, we don’t deliver to:

Do you offer layby online?

No, we don’t offer layby online. Orders must be paid for immediately by credit card, debit card, PayPal, flypay, Afterpay or Zip.

Can I pay using buy now, pay later service providers?

Yes, we currently accept Afterpay and Zip for online orders of $70 to $1000. Orders are subject to the providers’ terms. See www.afterpay.com/terms or www.zip.co/terms for more information.

What is flypay and how do I sign up?

flypay is an online payment service that allows you to check out safely and quickly when shopping online and collect flybuys points along the way on qualifying transactions. With flypay, your payment and address details are pre-filled and saved for next time to help you fly through checkout; and your flybuys card is automatically loaded so you won’t miss out on points.

I have a problem with my flypay account. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we can’t assist with flypay account problems. If you have issues with your flypay account, please contact flypay .

Can I claim my staff discount online?

No, we currently don’t accept staff discounts online. Staff discounts are redeemable in store only.

Can I collect flybuys points online?

Yes, you can collect flybuys points online by using flypay (with your flybuys account linked) or by adding your flybuys barcode number in the checkout.

  •  Your barcode number is the 13 digit number found under the barcode on the back of the card (e.g. 279 XXXXX XXXXX)

flybuys points must be collected during checkout and can’t be collected after an online order has been placed.

Please check the details you’ve entered online and make sure that:

No, both Afterpay and Zip can only be used to pay for orders placed via the website.

Do you match prices?

Our price Match is that if you find a cheaper price in-store we will match it! We guarantee to match the advertised price on any identical stocked item in store.

Are your prices different online and in store?

Prices online are the same as in store, except for a small number of rural stores, listed below.

  •  Mount Isa, Port Pirie, South Hedland, Alice Springs, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Horsham, Bairnsdale, Port Lincoln, Marlborough

Items in these stores can have a slightly higher price due to their remote location.
