How do I redeem my Kmart gift card online?
Simply add your favourite items to your cart, head to checkout, and select 'Gift Card' as your payment method. Enter your card number and PIN, and you’re good to go!

Where can I find my gift card number and PIN?

Can I use more than one gift card at checkout?
Yes! You can add up to three gift cards when you pay — just enter each card’s details one at a time.
What if my gift card doesn’t cover the full amount?
No problem! You can pay the balance with another payment method like a credit card or debit card.
Can I return an item purchased online?
Yes you can.
From 1st of August 2024, Kmart will require adequate proof of purchase for eligible change of mind returns. If you wish to conduct a change of mind return after this date, please ensure you retain proof of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
How do I access Digital Receipts and Digital Gift Receipts?
It’s easy to access digital receipts and digital gift receipts for in-store purchases via the Kmart app and website. Follow the instructions for accessing digital receipts.
I placed my Click & Collect order before 12 noon and it is after 4pm, why is it not ready?
Due to high demand there may be a delay in your order being ready to collect. Please wait for a ‘Ready to collect’ email or SMS before coming to store. Hold tight as any delay should be short. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I place my Click & Collect order after 12 noon?
If your order was placed after the 12 noon cut off time, we can’t guarantee to have your order ready the same day if placed after 12 noon. Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your items have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.
Hold tight - the tracking ID number may take up to 1 business day to become active.

Please note, you may receive several shipping confirmation emails to track your order - if your items have been sourced from multiple stores and/or delivered by multiple carriers.
Allow 4 business days from purchasing your items, for your entire order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email. For more information, see our delivery timeframes.

I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/wrong. What do I do?
Please take any damaged, faulty or wrong products (with the exception of white goods), to your local Kmart store, along with a copy of your tax invoice, for a refund.
You can use your order confirmation email as a tax invoice
If you’re unable to visit a store, please use our Contact us form to submit an application for a refund.
Please upload a clear image of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) and make sure you tell us your order number and the item code(s)

What is Kmart’s Returns Policy?
For returns please refer to the returns policy . We are currently unable to accept returns where stores are closed in lockdown areas. You will be able to return any change of mind items when stores reopen. You will have 60 days from when stores reopen to return any item bought during the lockdown period. This includes Click & Collect items.
What are your delivery timeframes?
Once you have received your shipping notification, please allow:
Metro delivery within 3-5 business days
Regional delivery within 7-10 business days
Remote delivery within 14-20 business days
Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch, or can be viewed at Track your order.
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.
We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date.
