Add variety to your home workout routine with Powertrains travel-friendly resistance band. This is a high-quality latex resistance band, ideal for working your muscles and giving you that toned look you want.



Build explosive strength by using them in conjunction with barbells, dumbbells, and machines to provide progressive resistance during traditional exercises (squats, bench press, etc). Heavy duty workout bands can also be used for general strength training, assisted pull-ups, assisted dips, power lifting, stretching, and ballistic training drills.



Resistance band training also helps improve your flexibility and range of motion, so you can function better in everyday life. Lightweight and portable, you can carry it anywhere you want. Bring it to the park or on vacation - with these resistance bands, youll never have to miss a workout!



Each band provides with different level of resistance. Different resistance levels are possible by combining 1, 2, 3, 4, or all 5 bands together!
