Damaged/Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please take the item to your local Kmart store, along with a copy of your tax invoice, for an exchange or refund.

If you are unable to make it in store, please contact us with an image of the damage/fault along with the consignment number on the box. Please also include any feedback on the damage/fault and we will assist you further.

Missing item

If you have received your order and are missing an item, please contact us so we can assist you further. Please ensure you have checked your tracking information to ensure no remaining items are in transit.

Partial Shipments

Kmart may ship your order in multiple shipments from different online stores. In this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails from us, all containing your separate tracking information with the items that have been shipped.
