Cancelations & order changes
An item in my order has been cancelled. Why?
Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure all items in your order. You will be contacted by email as soon as possible and a refund will be processed. You will be refunded the same way you paid. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process. How did this happen? For every online order, we try to source your items from up to three stores. If we cannot secure stock after these attempts, we will notify you by email and process a refund for the cancelled item(s). This will include a refund of your delivery fee if the majority of the order value cannot be fulfilled. Items may be cancelled and refunded if:
- We could not secure stock to fulfil your order
- Your item was broken or damaged in transit and you can provide photos of the damage to your items
- Your package was not delivered successfully and the address information provided was correct
My item was cancelled but I can still purchase it online. How does that work?
Stock levels in store are always changing, with millions of units sold and new stock arriving every day. If an item is still online, it’s generally because another store in the state has received stock in the interim or stock levels in store are in the process of updating.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
No, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you ordered items in error, or have changed your mind, you can return unwanted items to store for a full refund.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can cancel your Click & Collect order. We will cancel and refund your order, excluding the $3 service fee which is non-refundable. Please contact us to arrange the cancellation.
