Payment

Kmart Online does not accept cash on delivery.
Kmart Online will accept payment via credit card, cheque or money order only.

Following the placement of an order online, Kmart Online will contact you via telephone to arrange the method of payment. At this time Kmart Online will also confirm that the order can be fulfilled and obtain payment details.

Where payment is made via credit, payment must be made at the time of contact by Kmart Online.
Where payment is not made via credit card, an order will be placed only once payment is received by Kmart Online via the cheque or money order.
Cheques or money order payments must be received within 7 days of the charge amounts being advised by the store.

Delivery

Delivery fees apply based on product weight and height.
Kmart Online reserve the right to alter Delivery Fees without notice and at any stage.

Kmart Online will also advise of the delivery fee by phone, prior to your order being confirmed.

Normal despatch will be effected in 10 business days. Some items may take up to 21 business days for delivery. Our delivery team will not leave your order at the specified delivery address unless someone has accepted delivery. Kmart Online will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions.
