Delivery

Delivery is available within Australia only. All orders placed are subject to stock availability. Normal despatch will be affected in 10 days, however, some items may take up to 21 days. To make sure your order arrives safely, our delivery staff will not leave your order unless someone has accepted delivery. If you will be unavailable when we call, we will need special instructions to tell us what you want us to do. Shop from Home will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions.

Refunds/exchanges

Shop from Home refunds and exchanges are in accordance with the Kmart returns policy. For further information regarding our returns policy contact us on 1800 124 125 or visit our website www.kmart.com.au. Freight charges will not normally be refunded unless goods are faulty, do not match product description or are unfit for the purpose made known. However, all exchange items will be sent freight free. When returning merchandise, please include your receipt so we can process your return or exchange straight away.

Terms & Conditions

Freight & Handling: When you place your order our friendly team will discuss freight costs and confirm your outstanding balance. $10.00 handling fee applies to all mail orders. Delivery is available within Australia only.

Payment C.O.D: Shop from Home does not accept cash on delivery orders. You will need to enclose a cheque or money order if you are making a non credit card purchase. We recommend for your own protection that you do not send cash. Why not use your Coles Group Source MasterCard?

Lay-by: Minimum lay-by $20. 10% minimum deposit. Minimum progress payments of 20% of balance every 14 days. $3.00 (non-refundable) service fee. $11.00 establishment cost if the lay-by is cancelled. Lay-bys to be finalised within 8 weeks. Lay-by is not available for online orders.
