iTunes Music Card Terms and Conditions

1. This card is redeemable only on the iTunes Music Store for Australia. Prepaid cards expire the later of two years from the date of (i) issuance or (ii) last activity on an iTunes Music Store account.
2. To redeem this card you must have an iTunes Music Store account, subject to prior acceptance of license and usage terms. To open an account you must be above the age of 13 and in Australia. iTunes 4.7 or later, compatible software and hardware, and Internet access (fees may apply) are required.
3. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase any merchandise or provide allowances. Unused balances are nontransferable. An allowance, gift certificate, another prepaid card, or credit card must be used for purchases exceeding the amount of this card. Unless stated otherwise, data collection and use are subject to the Apple Customer Privacy Policy, available at www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
4. Risk of loss and title for prepaid cards passes to the purchaser on transfer. Apple is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of lost or stolen prepaid cards or use without your permission.
5. Your statutory rights are not affected. If any of these terms are not valid or enforceable, the other terms will not be affected.
